Bio

Lance returns for his sixth year behind the Panther Bench. He has coached for the past 21 years —17 years were at the minor level between Atom AAA and Midget AAA. He moved over to the female program in 2009 where he coached the Holland College Program. Since this time, he has been very involved in female hockey coaching at both the Bantam and Midget AA levels on PEI. Lance brings amazing focus and honesty to the team and will be relied upon to help the Panthers develop a more offensive skill set.
