(Charlottetown, PEI) – It was a great game to mark the return of AUS Men's Soccer to the
campus of UPEI. The UPEI Panthers and Dalhousie Tigers battled hard to an exciting scoreless
draw in front of 150 fans Saturday afternoon.
Both teams had their equal number of chances, the Panthers recorded 13 attempts for 6 shots on
goal while the Tigers 10 attempts for 5 shots on goal.
UPEI's Mark Ashlee (Victoria, BC) played strong at full back for the Panthers and was named
the Subway Player of the Game.
Brett Strba (Windsor Junction, NS) made four saves on the day for the Panthers, while TJ
Leopold (Ottawa, ON) made six saves for the Tigers.
Both teams are back on the pitch Sunday afternoon, UPEI visits SMU and Dalhousie visits
