Bio

Ashlyn is re-joining the coaching staff for her second season as an Assistant Coach and will be working with the forwards.  Ashlyn was born and raised in Murray River, PEI and is currently residing in Charlottetown as she works for Newcap Radio as an Account Manager in Marketing and Sales for Ocean 100 & HOT 105.5. Ashlyn started coaching right out of University starting at the Bantam A level and has worked her way up coaching Midget AAA. This past year she was the head coach for the Kings County Kings. Prior to coaching, Ashlyn played for the Rothesay Riverhawks for three years at Rothesay Netherwood School in New Brunswick along with playing for U14 & U18 Provincial Teams with Hockey PEI and U18 Team Atlantic. After graduating from RNS, Ashlyn attended Mount Allison University and played for the MTA Mounties for 4 years graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a minor in Fine Arts.
