CHARLOTTETOWN PE- New leadership has been named for the sport of soccer at the University of Prince Edward Island.
WOMENS SOCCER | Head Coach Graeme McDonald announced to the Head Office of UPEI Athletics & Recreation that Kelly Green will wear the title of team Captain for this season!
McDonald stated- "Kelly is very approachable and always has a positive attitude. Her trustworthy character, leadership and mentoring qualities is a great example to everyone. She is a strong, driven individual who holds the highest respect on the team. Kelly also consistently performs on the field and we are delighted to have her captain the team this year."

MENS SOCCER | Five years of experience will now lead the team on the field this season for Men's Varsity Soccer at UPEI. Lewis Page, Head Coach of the program told UPEI Athletics, that Jeff Moore will wear the captains arm band this season!
"Jeff is entering his 5th year and having been part of the team that won a bronze medal at the nationals in 2014, Jeff knows what it takes to win in this league. He provides leadership both on and off the field to our team by being a vocal leader and a committed student athlete." -Head Coach, Lewis Page.
Moore who is from Sherwood PEI plays fullback and is in his 5th year of eligibility. He will be joined by alternate captains, Lucas Holmes, Nacho Sanchez and Mark Smith.
Green who is from Charlottetown PEI plays CB and is in her third year of eligibility. She will be joined by alternate captains, Kristin Hood.
